In this role, you will be able to:

· Handle high volume of incoming calls and emails from clients and assign according to routing parameters

· Be the primary person accountable to all computer builds, repurposes, and QA’s for our clients, making sure they’re all configured accurately, and shipped in a timely manner

· Manage all manufacturer repairs needed for our clients’ computers, including coordinating appointments and shipments, fees, and machine return

· Create, run and distribute daily and monthly performance reports (Builds Tracker, Monthly Credit Card Reconcile, etc.), and complete various proactive projects assigned by management team

· Perform the most crucial steps of sourcing equipment by evaluating quote requests and determining if specifications are correct, quotes sent to clients are accurate, and ensuring quotes are ready for invoicing

· Serve as an escalation point for contractors, who complete much of the administrative work and communication around purchasing

· Own all of the documentation and reporting for the entire department

· You’ll watch Kinetix grow so fast your head will spin, and when it stops spinning, you’ll look back with pride about everything you did to make it happen

To get this role, you should have: 

· A Bachelor’s Degree or higher

· Passion for delivering excellent customer service

· Attention to detail

· An eagerness for people interactions and service delivery

· Desire to answer client calls and engage thoughtfully with clients

· Excellent interpersonal skills – phone, email and written

· Impeccable organizational skills

· Strong prioritization and time management skills, including working to deadlines
