We are currently experiencing high levels of network latency in our San Francisco data center. All services hosted in our data center, including Remote Desktop Services (RDS), file sharing, hosted Quickbooks, and Active Directory services will see degraded performance until the issue is resolved. We’ve isolated the issue to a handoff between internet service providers (ISPs) external to the data center and are currently working with them to expedite a resolution. While we’re currently waiting on an ETA from the ISPs, we’re doing everything we can to get this fixed and will continue to keep you updated.
