[Resolved] Box Outage - 9/12
Over the last few minutes we received multiple reports, from multiple clients, about authentication issues with the Box cloud file share platform. Impacted users are receiving a 502 error when trying to access Box from a web browser or from the Box sync desktop application.
Box has acknowledged this issue on their official status website here and is working on a resolution. We will be monitoring Box's progress in following up on this subject until this issue is resolved. You can see updates on this issue at kinetix.com/status
